Insurance and payment
Visits with our medical providers and Nutrition + Lifestyle Coaching, when we participate in your plan and the visit is covered. You are responsible for copays, deductibles, coinsurance, and anything your plan does not pay.
If we don't participate in your plan, you pay for these visits directly. We can give you an itemized statement to submit to your insurance yourself.
The discovery call is free; wellness services (BrainTap, Salt Therapy, Red Light Therapy, Cellular Reset), specialty testing, and supplements.
We will explain what you will pay before you begin. Coverage depends on your plan and cannot be guaranteed.
